Privacy policy

This QES application does not access, collect or transmit Personal Information, e.g. Personal Information includes all information or data that identifies or could be used to identify a person, or that is associated with such information or data.

The signer is responsible for his/her Personal Information accessed at the signing by selecting the signer certificate. This information is collected in the signer signature file only in a form of the signer certificate and transmitted within the signature to any party validating the signature. This QES application in the validation process creates a validation report which contains the Personal Information of the signer obtained from the signer certificate. The Personal Information included in the validation report is disclosed to the parties to whom the signed document is provided.  It is that parties responsibility to publish how this information is used, stored and secured.
